1. This is the messages dashboard. Here you see a list of all messages assigned to your clinic.

2. Use the provider filter to select a provider.

3. Click on queue filter to choose the call reason. For example, urgent patient versus non urgent consult call.

4. Click on filter status to select messages based on their status. For example, New patient message versus one that has been seen or responded by the provider.

5. To reset all the filters click on reset all
