1. A schedule is required to ensure that messages are assigned to the doctor on call. Click on Manage schedule to get started.
2. Select your Clinic, if needed.
3. Click to choose between month view or week view.
4. Click on the plus icon to add a provider's schedule.
5. Hit save after you have entered the provider's schedule. As a reminder, a schedule is required to ensure that messages are assigned to the doctor on call.
